Terms and conditions of excursion booking and sale
These terms define the rules for online booking and payment of excursions via the website BOOKING FLEET by EXCURSION ANTONIO, a registered passenger sea transport business, owned by Arian Stabile, Osječka 9, 52100 Pula, OIB: 10167447064.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
- Customers can make an online reservation for excursions via this website.
- At the time of booking, a payment of 33% of the total excursion price is required online to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining amount is payable in cash at the departure location before the excursion starts.
- Online payments are accepted with the following credit/debit cards: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa.
2. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
- After a successful reservation and payment, the customer will receive to his e-mail address
- A reservation confirmation
- A QR code that must be shown at the departure point.
3. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
- Customers may cancel their reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time by sending a written notice to info@bookingfleet.eu
- In this case, the customer can make a reservation for a different departure time, but is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER
- In case of unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as bad weather, technical issues, insufficient number of passengers, etc.), the excursion may be cancelled by the organizer.
- Customers will be notified of the cancellation as soon as possible via the email address provided during booking.
- In the event of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded to the customer.
5. COMPLAINTS
- Complaints and inquiries can be sent via email to info@bookingfleet.eu
- The organizer will respond to the complaint within 7 days of receipt.
6. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Personal data provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of processing the reservation and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
- Data will not be shared with third parties, except when required by law or necessary for the execution of the service (e.g. payment service providers).
