RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS • A valid boating license is required for bareboat rentals. • The renter is fully responsible for the vessel and all passengers during the rental period. • A security deposit of €600 is required before departure. • Fuel is not included in the rental price (Full-to-Full policy). • The boat must be returned on time and in the same condition as received. • The maximum number of guests on board must not exceed the registered capacity. • Smoking is not permitted on board. • Pets are allowed only with prior approval. • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by negligence, improper operation, or violation of maritime regulations. • In the event of unsafe weather conditions, the rental may be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened rental period without compensation. • No-shows are non-refundable. • The owner reserves the right to refuse departure if weather conditions or safety concerns may endanger passengers, crew, or the vessel.
